1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to EasTok ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (https://eastokmods.com), our desktop applications, and our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the approval of a parent or guardian. By using EasTok, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account (e.g., via Google, Discord, TikTok, or Spotify). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Services

EasTok provides tools for streaming, chat integration, media control, and Minecraft server interaction. You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable national or international laws.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights).
  • Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EasTok and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries.

6. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service (solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you).

7. Third-Party Services (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, TikTok, Spotify)

Our Services may interact with third-party platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Discord, TikTok, and Spotify.

By using our Services with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We use YouTube API Services. You can revoke our access to your data via the Google Security Settings page.

By using our Services with TikTok, you agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service.

By using our Services with Spotify, you agree to be bound by the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use.

By using our Services with Twitch or Discord, you agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites or services.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EASTOK MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASTOK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
